At Mayasilk.in, we take great care to ensure that every saree is carefully packed and delivered in perfect condition. Due to the delicate and premium nature of our products, we follow a No Return – Exchange Only Policy.
1. No Returns
All purchases made on Mayasilk.in are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Exchange Request Window
Customers may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
3. Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure transparency, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

The video must start before opening the parcel and clearly show the package seal and product.

This video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Claims without a clear unboxing video may not be accepted.
4. Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:

The saree must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

The product must be returned in its original condition without stains, perfume, or damage.
5. Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are allowed only for another product of equal or higher value.

If the new product costs more, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

No refunds or store credits will be issued.
6. Non-Exchangeable Products
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Sale or discounted products

Customized or altered sarees (fall, pico, blouse stitching, etc.)

Products that show signs of use, washing, perfume, or damage
7. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Our team will review the request and arrange an exchange if approved.
8. Shipping for Exchange
Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping charges, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
9. Final Decision
Mayasilk.in reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after inspecting the product and provided evidence.
